1. Eligibility.
You must be eighteen (18) or over to register as a member of Partners4farmers or use this website. Membership in the Service is invalid where prohibited. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The Service is for the personal use of individual members only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses may not become members and should not use the Service for any purpose.

2. Registration and Subscription

You may register as of member of the Service for free, but if you wish to communicate with other members and use certain other parts of the Service, you must pay the fees that are set out in the price list located at http://www.partners4farmers.com
The price list is part of this contract. The subscription fees for the Service can change at any time but reasonable notice will be given. If you wish to terminate your membership at any time unsubscribe by pressing the "cancel membership" button on "My account" page

3. Term and Termination

a. While you are a member of the Service this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
Distance Selling Under the United Kingdom Consumer Protection Regulations 2000, you can postpone the start of the Service for a cooling of period of seven working days. However, if you choose to become a member and enter the Website, you are electing to commence the Service immediately and you thereby waive any right to cancel the Service under these regulations.

b. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason. If you wish to terminate your membership at any time unsubscribe by pressing the "cancel membership" button on "My account" page

c. If you breach this Agreement your membership maybe terminated immediately and your access to the Service denied. Your notice of termination will be sent to the email address provided in your membership application or other email addresses you may have provided.
We can terminate this contract at any time by giving you reasonable advance written notice.

4. Content of profiles, photos and messages

a. We reserve the right to remove the content of any member's messages, photos or profiles that are considered to be inappropriate. After a warning membership will be revoked.

b. The Service must be used at all times in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.

c. Using this site for the collection of usernames, E-mail addresses personal information for the purpose of sending unsolicited mail is illegal. To protect our members from unsolicited mail we reserve the right to restrict the number of messages sent by a member in any one day.

d. The information that you provide for public display on this site is solely your responsibility.

e. Information provided for public display will be made available for distribution to other members.

f. Profiles should not include any personal contact information, such as email addresses, telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, or URLs.

g. No unauthorized advertising should appear in your profiles, notes, photos or messages.

5. Member Disputes.

We reserve the right not to intervene in member's disputes. You are solely responsible for your correspondence with other members.

6. Privacy.

We will not disclose information to any person that is not on public display. Please be cautious of the content of information you put in the public domain.

7. Our Responsibilities

a. We will use due diligence in operating this site as a responsible service provider.

b. In the event of the site being inactive we will endeavour to restore it as soon as possible.

c. From time to time we will make changes to the site in an ongoing programme of improvement and maintenance.

d. We will endeavour to maintain the site but if circumstances beyond our control interrupts the service we will not be held liable.

9. Disclaimers.

b. We are not responsible for the content of individual profiles, messages, photos or notes. Please act with caution.

10. Limitation on Liability.

a. The use of this Site is entirely at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for the activities of other members.

b. We cannot be responsible for equipment failure out of our hands

12. Release

In the event that you have any claim or action against any other member arising from that member's use of our Site or the Service, you agree to pursue such claim or action independently of and without any demands from us, and you release us from all claims, liability and damages, arising from or in any way connected to the claim or action.
In the event that a claim or action is brought against us from your activities or use of the Website or the Service, including any breach by you of this Agreement or any charges or complaints made by other parties against you, you agree to pay, hold harmless and defend us in the claim or action. You also agree to cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defence of any claim and allow us to assume the exclusive defence and control of the matter.

13. Dispute Resolution

We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreement and you want to take court proceedings, English law governs this contract and you must do so within the United Kingdom.
